Clay Damewood (Pentassuglia) has lived in Northern and southern Italy for over 6 years and has traveled all over Italy gathering the secrets of simple yet genuine Italian pasta preparation. Clay is a graduate of Wake Forest University, served as a major in the United States Army and currently works in telecommunications at the United States Senate.
